Is knee pain in the 40s always arthritis?
No. Patellofemoral pain, meniscus wear and ligament laxity are common; an examination differentiates them.
How many injections can be given?
Steroid injections are limited to 2-3 per year; hyaluronic acid and PRP schedules are individualised.
