The procedure
Key-hole arthroscopic surgery using a hamstring or other graft, usually 60-90 minutes, with 1-2 days hospital stay at the attached hospital in Malvani.
Recovery timeline
Walking with support in the first week, office work in 2-3 weeks, jogging around 3 months, and return to contact sport typically 8-9 months with physiotherapy.
